Based on thorough analysis of major safety and environmental risks, and with reference to experiences of international petroleum corporations, We have set up a series of HSE management systems conforming to the international standards, which has been implemented to and carried out by each employee in day-to-day operations.

The system covers the complete operation process including: organizational structure, staff training, change management, work permit, pollutant control, occupational health and individual protection, inspection and maintenance, system audit, communication, contractor management, operation supervision, integrity of facility and equipment, risk evaluation, crisis management. Since 2003, the Company has implemented HSE Continuous Improvement Plans to advance the effective operation of HSE management system.
