We provide
multiple channels to ensure that its staff will truly enjoy:
1. Participating in internal management of the Company;
2. Raising complaints of possible unfairness;
3. The right to report on matters that are against morals, law and discipline,
or other improper conduct.
During the year, the Company issued CNOOC Ltd. Conflict of Interests Management
Provision, which clearly forbids all behaviors where there is conflict of
interest, illegal gains and profits, and provides our staff with the right to
report the above mentioned behaviors.
In the same year, the Company also issued CNOOC Limited Employee
Disciplines-Violating Handling Measures and a series of supporting management
systems, which have been distributed to all employees.
These policies encourage employees to report to the management the Company’s
existing problems and put forward proposals.
